1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or registering an account on AavakJavak (the "Application" or "Service"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use or install the Application.
2. Software License & Permitted Use
Subject to these terms, Spedaris Technologies LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable, non-transferable license to download, install, and execute the Application on your authorized personal and business devices solely for lawful financial record-keeping, budgeting, and analytical purposes.
- You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Application binary.
- You agree not to bypass biometric security controls, application locks, or cloud encryption barriers.
- You agree not to use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
3. Subscription Tiers, Billing & Cancellation
AavakJavak offers both free and paid recurring subscription plans:
AavakJavak Core: Free forever with local SQLite persistence and essential financial management tools.
AavakJavak Smart (₹199/month or ₹2,269/year): Includes cloud synchronization for up to 2 devices, 30 daily AI queries, 15 monthly OCR receipt scans, and multi-tier reminder alerts.
AavakJavak Wealth VIP (₹349/month or ₹3,979/year): Includes multi-device sync (up to 5 devices), 100 daily AI queries, 40 OCR scans, debt payoff simulators, and advanced tax/GST auditing.
In-App subscriptions are processed and secured through the Google Play Store Billing API. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the active billing period. You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time via your Google Play account settings.
4. Multi-Tier Expiration & Due Date Notifications
To protect users from unexpected subscription expirations and late fees, AavakJavak automatically triggers multi-tier reminders at 10 days, 5 days, 3 days, 1 day, and on the due date for active subscriptions, utility bills, and loan EMIs via push notifications and in-app notification center alerts.
5. Financial, Tax & Investment Disclaimer

AavakJavak, its AI copilot ("Ask Aavak"), spending diagnostics, debt payoff simulators, and tax calculators are mathematical and analytical aids designed strictly for personal informational purposes.
Spedaris Technologies LLP is not a certified financial planner, SEBI-registered investment advisor, or legal chartered accounting firm. You should consult a licensed financial advisor or tax consultant before executing major investment or financial commitments.
6. User Feedback & Intellectual Property
All trademarks, logos, service marks, designs, and proprietary algorithms embodied in AavakJavak are the exclusive intellectual property of Spedaris Technologies LLP. When you submit suggestions, ideas, or feedback via the in-app feedback module, you grant Spedaris Technologies LLP an unrestricted license to implement and improve the software without compensation.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Spedaris Technologies LLP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data corruption, or business interruption arising from the use or inability to use the Application.
8. Governing Law & Dispute Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any legal dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.
